Privacy at the table
The tools on this site
The seating sketch, teaching exercise and host checklist keep their current state only in the open page. They do not use local storage or create an account. Reloading or leaving clears the tool state. A text file you choose to download is handled by your browser and remains under your control.
When you send a note
The contact form asks for a name, reply email, subject, message and permission to store the enquiry. On successful submission, the server stores those fields, your permission, a timestamp and a random reference. This supports reviewing and responding to the note. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive information about anyone else.
Operational information
The form uses a short-lived hash derived from the request’s network address to limit rapid repeat submissions. Web hosting may separately keep ordinary access and security logs. There are no advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or third-party analytics scripts in this site.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form with “A privacy request” and include the enquiry reference if you have it. Ask for access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may need enough information to verify the request. A successful form response confirms that the request was recorded; it does not say that a deletion has already happened.
Scope
This page describes this website’s own tools and form. External websites have their own practices. Contact records should be kept only while reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or meet applicable obligations; the site does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.
